There are 2 thing you should know before embedding a certain video from facebook.first is facebook doesn't allow to embed video that is private means it wont generate embed code for private video and secondly you should have Shockwave Flash plugin enabled in your browser as it still uses Html5.

First of all find the video you want to embed and  open the video to play in light box windows then you will see screen like this

After that move your mouse over down pointing option as shown is picture then click on it and select embed code then a certain code will generate then opy code and paste it to desired websited or blog
